Shipping / Returns
Packages leave the warehouse within 48 working hours and are sent EXPRESS by Purolator!
You can request a refund within 15 days of the date of your order. Returns refunded in the form of CREDIT NOTE are FREE. For a refund on original form of payment a fee of $8.95.
Items with 40% or more off and near-perfect items are final sale, so no returns will be accepted.
Returns are always 100% free due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
Please note that we have the right to refuse any return of clothing that has been visibly worn and that does not meet our quality standards. The tags should still be on the garment.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time as we keep a very limited inventory and cannot guarantee the availability of a product. You will just have to make a second command. We suggest that you place your 2nd order as soon as the return request is made to ensure that the item is still in stock.

Pre-order
For 1 full week you can shop the new collection at 10% off! This way you have first access to the full inventory and you receive your order before those waiting at the official launch. Pre-orders are shipped according to the date indicated in the product sheet. On average, the lead time is 2-3 weeks.

All items will be shipped at the same time as the pre-order. If you wish to receive the items in stock before those in pre-order, you must place 2 separate orders.

In the product sheet of items eligible for a return to stock, there is a "restock notification" button. You just have to enter your email to be notified when it becomes available!

The clothes are all designed here in Quebec! The manufacturing is done overseas by different suppliers, all of whom have the BSCI audit to ensure good working conditions.
