You can request a refund within 15 days of the date of your order. Returns refunded in the form of CREDIT NOTE are FREE. For a refund on original form of payment a fee of $8.95. 

Items with 40% or more off and near-perfect items are final sale, so no returns will be accepted.

Returns are always 100% free due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect. 

*we keep a small inventory in order to avoid losses, which is why exchanges are not possible. You will just have to make a second command. We suggest that you place your 2nd order as soon as the return request is made to ensure that the item is still in stock.

Please note that we have the right to refuse any return of clothing that has been visibly worn and that does not meet our quality standards.
